DESIGN
During the design phase, our architectural designer will create a floor plan that honours your vision. Here, your ideas inform the framework for the home you’ve always imagined, from floor to ceiling – indoors and out. Once you’re comfortable with the outcome, we’ll release a full set of working construction documents and permit drawings to be reviewed with you.
BUILD
At Dilworth, we hang our hat on quality construction and outstanding customer experience. Once we break ground, we’ll introduce you to some of our most valued supplier partners. Working with or without an interior designer, this is a great time to customize and personalize the home of your dreams. The mark of a truly beautiful home is all in the details, and we’ll make sure that we’ve got them all covered.
