Dilworth Homes
A legacy in home building, 35 years in the making.
The Dilworth difference
OUR LEGACY
What started with our first build on Dilworth Mountain has grown into a diverse portfolio of more than 1,500 homes. Homes that continue to define life in the Okanagan Valley and serve as a testament to our promise: "Your home, your way."
We say "Your home, your way" because a home should reflect who you are and how you want to live. That's why we obsess over quality, safety, and craftsmanship at every touchpoint—from industry-leading construction standards to designs that elevate the everyday.
When you partner with Dilworth Homes, you'll work with a team of experts who take the time to understand your vision and craft a living space that's undeniably yours.
We’re not just building houses; we’re creating homes that serve as foundations for lives well-lived. That's the Dilworth difference.

Tree Canada initiative
CARBON BALANCE
At Dilworth Homes, we believe building a better future means going beyond the foundation. That’s why, for every home we build, we’re planting 100 trees through Tree Canada — a national non-profit dedicated to restoring and growing Canada’s urban forests.
Through this initiative, we’re proud to help compensate carbon emissions and actively contribute to climate action — one home (and 100 trees) at a time.
Since 1992, Tree Canada has worked relentlessly to grow Canada’s tree canopy through greening programs, research, and engagement efforts. They are the only national non-profit organization dedicated to planting and nurturing trees in rural and urban environments.
